At Avalon, you’ll discover a Nordic menu enriched with global influences and techniques. Our commitment to sustainability guides us, as we endeavor to minimize our ecological footprint as much as possible. A significant portion of our herbs, berries, flowers, and mushrooms are handpicked by us.
Our eggs are exclusively sourced from organic farms. We use Valrhona chocolate, and our coffee is double-certified, ensuring both organic and fair-trade origins.
For fish and seafood, we prioritize products that are certified by ASC or MSC to the greatest extent possible, to ensure sustainable fishing practices.
